Nagy Mészáros Krisztina prednáška

On November 5, 2024, in Dunajská Streda, at the Health High School, Krisztina Nagy Mészáros gave a lecture titled "Can the Alpha Generation Be Raised with a Slap?"

The event focused on the educational challenges of the Alpha generation and the question of the effectiveness of physical punishment.

The speaker emphasized that members of the Alpha generation, who grow up in a digital world, require a different approach to upbringing. She highlighted that physical punishment is not only ineffective but can also be harmful to children's development.

During the lecture, alternative educational methods were also presented that better meet the needs of today's children.

The event attracted great interest and contributed to deepening the dialogue between parents and educators about modern approaches to child-rearing.

Steigervald Krisztián prednáška

Krisztián Steigervald, a generational researcher, gave a lecture in Dunajská Streda on September 17, 2024, titled "Bridge Between Generations".

The lecture focused on the communication challenges between different generations and on promoting understanding among them. Krisztián Steigervald demonstrated how the differing values, experiences, and communication styles of various age groups influence their everyday relationships—whether in family, workplace, or social interactions.

The speaker emphasized that generational differences do not necessarily represent obstacles but also offer opportunities for mutual learning and growth. He highlighted the importance of openness, empathy, and mindful communication in the dialogue between generations.

Steigervald Krisztián prednáška

On May 7, 2025, Krisztián Steigervald, an expert in generational research, gave a lecture in Dunajská Streda titled “Bridge or Wall?”.

It was a remarkable event with a full audience, which not only inspired but also deeply moved those in attendance.

During the evening, Steigervald guided the participants through generations X, Y, Z, and Alpha, highlighting the historical, social, and technological factors that shaped each age group.

The audience alternated between laughter and quiet reflection. Many recognized themselves in the stories – the overwhelmed parent, the confused grandparent, the rebellious teenager, or the burnt-out manager.

The lecture helped foster a better understanding of not only ourselves but also other generations, and to create new connections between them.
